Evolution Outdoor was hit with a patent lawsuit on April 30 in California Central District Court. The court action, filed by BMCA Law Group on behalf of the Outdoor Recreation Group Holdings, seeks a declaration of non-infringement against the defendant's claims that Outdoor's Fishing Bag products infringe two of the defendant's patents related to bags.
