Benjamin Steakhouse Westchester, Sea Fire Grill and other defendants were named in a wage-and-hour class action on April 26 in New York Southern District Court. The suit, filed by Brown Kwon & Lam, accuses the defendants of failing to pay overtime, shaving time entries and improperly applying tip credits. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:24-cv-03202, Berisha et al. v. Benjamin Restaurant Group LLC et al.
