Cozen O'Connor filed a lawsuit on April 26 in Delaware District Court centered on alleged stranger-originated life insurance policy scams. The suit, brought on behalf of the estates of Arlene Sears and Eliza R. Thorne, takes aim at US Bank, Wells Fargo and other defendants for allegedly facilitating the scheme, purportedly led by a third-party group of Delaware entities known as Coventry.
