PBD Collectibles and other defendants were hit with a trademark infringement lawsuit on April 23 in South Carolina District Court. The court case was brought by Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease and Duffy and Young on behalf of Thorne Research, which accuses the defendants of selling supplements which infringe its marks. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:24-cv-02356, Thorne Research, Inc. v. Davachi.
