General Motors was sued on April 25 in California Central District Court for claims under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. The lawsuit was brought by the Law Offices of Robert Mobasseri on behalf of the owner of a new 2021 Chevrolet Suburban. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:24-cv-03430, Smith v. General Motors, LLC.
