Dentons filed a lawsuit on April 25 in New Jersey District Court accusing a cabin attendant for a private aircraft of defrauding Lily of the Sky LLC of $578,000. The suit accuses Jessika Jimenez, hired through a third party company to work on the plaintiff's G650 aircraft, of submitting sham invoices, charging for unrelated personal expenses and misappropriating vendor refunds. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:24-cv-05629, Lily Of The Sky, LLC v. Jimenez.
