Armstrong Teasdale and Godfrey & Kahn filed an insurance lawsuit against Jack Lynch on April 24 in Kansas District Court. The suit, brought on behalf of North American Co. for Life and Health Insurance, seeks to declare an issued life insurance policy void and rescinded based on material misrepresentations and omissions in Lynch’s application. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:24-cv-02167, North American Company for Life and Health Insurance v. Lynch.
