Lincoln National, an insurance and investment company, was named in an ERISA lawsuit on April 24 in California Southern District Court. The lawsuit, for long-term disability benefits, was filed by Bonnici Law Group on behalf of Jose Higuera. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:24-cv-00744, Higuera v. The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company.
