Clear Blue Specialty Insurance sued Bryan Hunter, Damion Philson and other defendants on April 24 in District Of Columbia District Court. The court action, brought by Cozen O'Connor, seeks a declaration that Clear has no duty to defend or indemnify the defendants in an underlying assault lawsuit.
