KTM AG, an Austrian motorcycle and sports car manufacturer, filed a trademark infringement lawsuit on April 24 in Illinois Northern District Court over the alleged sale of counterfeit goods. The suit, filed by Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, pursues claims against unidentified e-commerce operators. The case is 1:24-cv-03277, Ktm AG v.
