Sidley Austin filed a copyright infringement lawsuit on April 18 in Illinois Northern District Court on behalf of Roadget Business, which owns fast fashion online retailer Shien. The partially redacted complaint takes aim at unidentified e-commerce operators. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:24-cv-03139, Roadget Business Pte. Ltd. v. The Individuals, Corporations, Limited Liability Companies Partnerships, and Unincorporated Associations Identified on Schedule A Hereto.
