CVS Pharmacy was sued on April 18 in Alabama Middle District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The court case was filed by Wiggins, Childs, Pantazis, Fisher & Goldfarb on behalf of a shift supervisor who claims that the defendant failed to reemploy her following her return from military leave. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:24-cv-00231, Coleman v. CVS Pharmacy, Inc.
