Zeus Networks was sued for trademark infringement on April 17 in New York Southern District Court. The suit was brought by Lurie Strupinsky LLP on behalf of My Goals Solutions, which performed plastic surgery on reality TV personality Goldie Martin a/k/a 'Rollie Pollie.' The suit contends that while the defendant was allowed to film the operation, the defendant used the plaintiff's marks without permission to defame and disparage the plaintiff. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:24-cv-02918, My Goals Solutions Inc. et al. v. Zeus Networks LLC.
