Sirius XM Satellite Radio was named in a patent infringement lawsuit on April 16 in Texas Eastern District Court. The lawsuit was brought by Garteiser Honea PLLC on behalf of Quantum Technology Innovations. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:24-cv-00246, Quantum Technology Innovations, LLC v. Sirius XM Holdings Inc.
