Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky & Popeo PC filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Duncan Parking Technologies and parent company CivicSmart on April 16 in Massachusetts District Court. The complaint seeks nearly $4.3 million in allegedly unpaid invoices and accrued interest for defense in underlying litigation. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
