Spin Master Toys UK and its Canada-based subsidiary Spin Master Ltd. filed a trademark infringement lawsuit on April 12 in Illinois Northern District Court over the alleged sale of counterfeit goods. The suit, filed by Greer, Burns & Crain, pursues claims against unidentified e-commerce operators for allegedly selling counterfeit Rubik's cube toys. The case is 1:24-cv-02953, Spin Master Ltd. v. The Partnerships and Unincorporated Associations Identified on Schedule A.
