Tesla was slapped with a patent infringement lawsuit on April 11 in Texas Western District Court. The lawsuit was filed by Kasowitz Benson Torres and Cherry Johnson Siegmund James on behalf of Intellectual Ventures II LLC, which asserts a dozen patents related to providing internet connectivity.
