Johnson & Johnson and Kenvue were hit with a consumer class action on April 10 in New Jersey District Court. The complaint, brought by Bursor & Fisher, contends that the defendants' Band-Aid bandage products contain unsafe amounts of PFAS, or forever chemicals. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:24-cv-04757, Moultrie v. Johnson & Johnson.
