Blank Rome filed a trademark infringement lawsuit on April 9 in Illinois Central District Court on behalf of Aramara Beauty d/b/a Glow Recipe. The complaint takes aim at Bump Health over its use of the 'Glow Organics' mark and an allegedly infringing logo in connection with the sale of skincare products. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:24-cv-01140, Aramara Beauty LLC dba Glow Recipe v. Bump Health Inc.
