Husch Blackwell filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit on April 9 in Indiana Southern District Court on behalf of BMO Bank. The suit, which takes aim at D&H Xpress Inc., seeks more than $375,000 pursuant to a loan and security agreement. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:24-cv-00622, BMO Bank N.A. v. D&h Xpress Inc, a California corporation.
