Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and Irell & Manella filed a patent infringement lawsuit on April 5 in Delaware District Court on behalf of Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The complaint, which asserts a single patent related to a drug that treats pulmonary hypertension, targets Gland Pharma Limited. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
