Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck filed an ERISA lawsuit on April 8 in Nevada District Court against LAM Contracting. The suit, filed on behalf of the Electrical Workers Health and Welfare Trust and the Electrical Workers Pension Trust, seeks an inspection of books and records for contract compliance review.
