Touro University was hit with an employment lawsuit on April 8 in New York Southern District Court. The suit was filed by Deutsch Atkins & Kleinfeldt on behalf of a former Assistant Vice President of Institutional Advancement who quit due to a supervisor's alleged disparate treatment and sexual harassment of female employees. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:24-cv-02662, Gorin v. Touro University.
