AbbVie, Allergan and Merck Sharpe & Dohme filed a patent infringement lawsuit on April 8 in New Jersey District Court concerning the migraine treatment drug Ubrelvy. The court action, brought by McCarter & English and Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, takes aim at MSN Pharmaceuticals over its submission of an application to the Food and Drug Administration for approval to market generic versions of the drug. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:24-cv-04662, Abbvie Inc. v. Msn Pharmaceuticals Inc.
