Morgan, Lewis & Bockius filed a lawsuit on April 8 in New Jersey District Court targeting PMC Inc. for relief under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act. The suit was filed on behalf of mattress and bedding manufacturer FXI Inc., which seeks reimbursement for cleaning hazardous substances from the soil and groundwater at its property, purchased from the defendant.
