PRIME Hydration, a beverage company formed by YouTubers Logan Paul and KSI, was hit with a consumer class action on April 8 in New York Southern District Court. The suit, brought by Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman, Kopelowitz Ostrow PA and Siri & Glimstad, accuses the defendant of falsely labeling the caffeine content of its energy drinks as 200 milligrams when in fact the drinks contain between 215 and 225 milligrams of caffeine. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:24-cv-02657, Vera v. PRIME Hydration LLC.
