Campbell Soup Co. was hit with a consumer class action on April 8 in New Jersey District Court. The suit, brought by Glancy Prongay & Murray, alleges that V8 Splash beverages are deceptively marketed as healthy when in fact they're 'sugar-water masquerading as fruit juice.' Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:24-cv-04660, Serrano et al. v. Campbell Soup Co.
