Amazon.com, Google and Page Publishing were named in a copyright infringement lawsuit on April 5 in Illinois Northern District Court. The court action was filed by the O'Toole Law Firm on behalf of Mable Harris, the author of 'WACs Opened My Eyes.' Harris contends that she has not received any royalties from her book or any associated revenues. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:24-cv-02738, Harris v. Page Publishing, Inc.
