H&R Block was named in a false advertising class action on April 4 in Missouri Western District Court. The suit, filed by Stueve Siegel Hanson and Morgan & Morgan, accuses the defendant of misleading consumers by advertising online products as 'free' when they were not free for a significant portion of their clients.
