Tapestry and Coach filed a trademark infringement lawsuit on April 3 in California Central District Court. The court case, brought by Blakely Law Group, takes aim at the Gap for allegedly selling infringing products under the Old Navy brand. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
