Flock, an insurance provider for motor fleets and commercial drone pilots, and PDH Energy were sued on April 3 in North Carolina Western District Court over subrogation claims. The court action, filed by Robertson & Associates on behalf of Selective Insurance Co. of America, centers on a fire allegedly caused by defective lithium-ion batteries manufactured by PDH. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:24-cv-00364, Selective Insurance Company of America v. Flock Group Inc.
