Cargill, Commodity Information and other defendants were slapped with an antitrust class action on April 2 in Minnesota District Court alleging price-fixing in the granulated sugar market. The suit, filed by Kirby McInerney and Lockridge Grindal Nauen, is part of a wave of cases accusing sugar producers of conspiring to fix prices by exchanging market data through Commodity's analytics platform. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 0:24-cv-01122, King Kullen Grocery Co., Inc. v. Asr Group International, Inc.
