Pharmaceutical Research Associates, a subsidiary of Icon PLC, sued Anju Software Inc. on March 28 in Delaware District Court for alleged breach of contract. The case, brought by Bayard P.A., accuses Anju of overcharging the plaintiff under a software licensing agreement. According to the suit, the defendant, previously known as OmniComm USA, collected $1.175 million in excess of legitimate support payments and has refused to refund the plaintiff's excess payments.
