LG Electronics U.S.A. was hit with a trade secret lawsuit on April 1 in New Jersey District Court centered on a nondisclosure agreement. The court action, brought by Saiber LLC and Carr Ferrell LLP, concerns plaintiff Signet Media's 'Eyesync' platform for syncing audio and video content. The suit contends that LG violated the NDA by surreptitiously developing the 'Pro:Centric Catena' product by using misappropriated confidential information.
