Del Monte Fresh Produce sued Aiglia Navigation and ZIM Integrated Shipping Services for breach of contract on April 1 in New York Southern District Court. The suit, brought by Casey & Barnett, seeks over $860,000 based on alleged damage to a shipment of bananas. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
