The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sued Iron Hill Brewery on March 25 in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The lawsuit was brought on behalf of a sous chef-in-training who claims that he was subject to racially-based discrimination and was wrongfully terminated after complaining about discrimination based on gender, race and citizenship that other workers suffered. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:24-cv-01275, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission v. Iron Hill Brewery of Buckhead, LLC.
