Lawn care franchisors Signum LLC and NaturaLawn of America filed a trade secret lawsuit on March 25 in Indiana Southern District Court. The lawsuit, brought by Snell & Wilmer and Plews Shadley Racher & Braun, takes aim Indianapolis Organic Lawn Care and other former franchisees for allegedly misappropriating confidential information in order to solicit the plaintiff's customers, causing customer confusion. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:24-cv-00541, Signum, LLC v. Indianapolis Organic Lawn Care, Inc.
