Conner & Winters filed an ERISA lawsuit on March 22 in Texas Southern District Court against C. Young & Co. The suit was brought on behalf of the Texas Iron Workers' Pension Plan and other funds alleging failure to make timely contribution reports and failure to pay delinquent contributions plus interest.
