Lyft and other defendants were sued on March 21 in New Jersey District Court for personal injury claims. The lawsuit, arising from a motor vehicle collision, was brought by Levinson Axelrod on behalf of Ayonna Brown. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:24-cv-04048, Brown v. United States Of America.
