Anadarko Petroleum, a Texas-based energy company that was acquired by Occidental Petroleum in 2019, filed a complaint on March 20 in Texas Southern District Court for enforcement of an indemnity agreement per a master service contract to perform oilfield remediation services. The lawsuit, filed by Liskow & Lewis, names Alternative Environmental Solutions in connection with an underlying shareholder derivative lawsuit claiming fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.
