Citrix Systems and Comcast were hit with a data breach class action on March 20 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Berger Montague on behalf of individuals whose personally identifiable information was allegedly compromised in an Oct. 2023 cyberattack. The case is 2:24-cv-01198, Wiley v. Citrix Systems Inc. et al.
