New Suit - Trade Secrets

Johnson & Johnson and its subsidiary Janssen Global Services filed a trade secrets lawsuit on March 18 in New Jersey District Court. The suit, brought by Blank Rome, pursues claims against Andrew Brackbill, a former employee of the plaintiffs. The suit accuses Brackbill of misappropriating vast amounts of confidential information by 'secretly' downloading over a thousand files onto personal external storage devices for the benefit of direct competitor Pfizer. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:24-cv-03909, Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Systems, Inc. v. Brackbill.
