The complaint takes aim at the NCAA's bylaws restricting student-athletes from accepting monetary prizes. The suit, filed by Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman and Miller, Monroe & Plyler, seeks a declaration that the restrictions are anticompetitive.
