Zurich Insurance Group and other defendants were named in an insurance coverage lawsuit on March 8 in Oklahoma Western District Court seeking declaratory judgment. The court action, in connection with underlying personal injury litigation, was brought by the Norris Firm on behalf of Chesapeake Energy. The case is 5:24-cv-00245, Chesapeake Operating LLC v. Jk Red Dirt Rentals LLC.
