Hyundai Motor America was hit with a breach-of-warranty lawsuit on March 5 in Louisiana Western District Court. The complaint, for claims under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, was brought by the Duck Law Firm on behalf of the owner of a 2022 Genesis GV70. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
