Hartford Life and Accident Insurance was hit with an ERISA lawsuit on March 5 in Illinois Northern District Court. The suit, pertaining to disability benefits, was brought by DeBofsky Law on behalf of Carolina Gurski. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:24-cv-01852, Gurski v. Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company.
