Inari Medical filed an employment lawsuit on Feb. 27 in Oregon District Court against a former sales representative who has threatened to sue the company over alleged violations of California law. The suit, brought by Jackson Lewis, seeks a declaration that because the employee predominately worked in Oregon, the employment contract is governed by Oregon law, and any suit must be litigated in Oregon. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:24-cv-00356, Inari Medical Inc. v. McCaskey.
