Label manufacturer Multi-Color Corporation sued Mark Giuliani, a former account manager, on Feb. 12 in Ohio Southern District Court. The suit, filed by Thompson Hine, accuses Giuliani of using an external storage device to download the plaintiff's confidential information from his work laptop before returning it. The suit also contends that the defendant falsely certified that he had returned all of the plaintiff's property and information. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:24-cv-00069, Multi-color Corporation v. Giuliani.
