Amazon.com and other defendants were slapped with a product liability lawsuit on Feb. 13 in New Jersey District Court. The court case, filed by Pogust Goodhead on behalf of Jessica Herndon, contends that the defendants manufactured or sold EzriCare Artificial Tears products that were contaminated with Pseudomonas aerugin bacteria, causing the plaintiff to sustain eye injuries. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:24-cv-00829, Herndon v. Ezricare, LLC.
