Sidley Austin filed a copyright infringement lawsuit on Feb. 9 in Illinois Northern District Court on behalf of Singapore-based Roadget Business Pte. Ltd., owner of the Shein clothing brand. The suit takes aim at unidentified online retailers for the alleged sale of knock-off goods. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:24-cv-01174, Roadget Business Pte. Ltd. v. The Individuals, Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Partnerships, and Unincorporated Associations Identified on Schedule A Hereto.
